Ho acquistato un biglietto aereo il 29 Maggio, un volo da Tenerife Sud a Roma Fiumicino,partenza il giorno 9 giugno(2 Scali), il giorno 3 giugno mi comunicano che 2 dei 3 voli sono stati cancellati, mi propongono un rimborso complessivo di 40 Euro su 231 spesi, nessuna proposta di volo alternativo che e' la cosa primaria per me . Premetto che questo volo mi serviva per rientrare in famiglia da tenerife dove mi trovo bloccato da 3 mesi per via del covid-19( Oltretutto questi erano gli ultimi soldi rimasti), potete gentilmente aiutarmi.

Also, be informed that the refund will be for the whole booking as the partial cancellation is not allowed. Below I have explained the refund options for your understanding. Instant Refund: If you choose instant refund the amount you see on the website will be the refund you will receive immediately in your Kiwi.com credits. These are the credits that you will be able to use with Kiwi.com for your future bookings. Please be informed that Kiwi.com credits do not have any validity. Also, be advised that this option will be available up to 14 days after the departure of the affected flight. Free Assisted Refund: If you choose a free assisted refund then we will check the refund amount with the airline and will try to get a maximum refund from the airline. Please be informed that the refund depends on airline policy and the process may take up to 3 months. Priority Assisted Refund: If you choose the Priority assisted refund option then you will have to pay us 20 EUR in advance and then we will check the refund amount with the airline and will try to get a maximum refund from the airline. Please be informed that the refund depends on airline policy and the process may take up to 6 weeks as we are experiencing a high volume of refund and cancellation requests.
