Buongiorno, a Gennaio 2020 ho acquistato 3 biglietti per l'Australia con la compgnia Thai Airways, tramite l'agenzia Gotogate.com. Ad Aprile dello stesso anno, causa Covid, mi è stato detto che i voli erano stati cancellati e che avrei potuto avere un rimborso, così ho compilato la richiesta. Ad oggi, dopo quasi 2 anni, non solo non ho ancora ricevuto i soldi, ma continuano a rispondermi che si scusano ma non sanno dirmi quando li riavrò. Ho controllato le clausole contrattuali con Gotogate ed è indicato chiaramente che loro sono intermediari e che non sono responsabili, quindi il mio reclamo deve essere fatto direttamente alla compagnia aerea. Gotogate ha già inoltrato la richiesta di rimborso alla compagnia aerea e mi ha fornito gli estremi che vi elenco sotto (tutto confermato anche da Thai Airways): - Ticket number: 2173844414913 - Refund application number: 0400227046 - Ticket number: 2173844414914 - Refund application number: 0400227047 - Ticket number: 2173844414915 - Refund application number: 0400227049 Non so più come fare per riavere questi soldi. Dato che parliamo di circa € 3.800,00 sono a richiedere il vostro cortese supporto.

This is the same email i have every time since April 2020! Now i'm really tired, the online agency is not responsible since they are just an intermediary, as clearly stated in our contract. Covid excuse is no longer trustable, i'm waiting for my moneay since one year and a half, i think we're beyond legal limits. The online agency sent you the request one year ago and i also have their request number that you confirmed by written email. We are talking about almost € 4.000,00 so i pretend this to be treated with the highest urgency and to be solved asap.

Hello The travel agent has submitted a refund request to us for these tickets. Regretfully, we have not yet been able to approve the refund of the tickets as we are still working on a large number of cases, but they will eventually be dealt with and the refund will then be made to the travel agency that submitted the case. The refund process currently takes, sorry to say, a long time, but we and our colleagues in Bangkok are doing what we can. We hope that you will understand the extraordinary situation we find ourselves in. Ok and this is what you are saying since April 2020. I understand the extraordinary situation but this is no longer an excuse that i can accept. I want to be informed now about my refund with more precises information and i want my money back in a short time. I think that one year and a half is much more than the legal time.
