Sito ingannevole - spese extra

Buongiorno. In data 14/11/2022 ho prenotato un volo RyanAir pensando di essere sul sito della Compagnia ed invece mi trovavo sul sito FlyGo. Dopo avere selezionato tratta e tipo bagagli, il totale dei costi ammontava a 82,5€ (con esplicita indicazione FEE = 0€ nel riepilogo). In fase di pagamento l'importo è poi salito a 107,72€. Infine mi è stata recapitata via mail una ricevuta dell'importo di 77,05€ riportante per altro i numeri finali della carta di credito errati e l'indirizzo di residenza errato. Ho telefonato al numero verde e mi è stato detto che sono costi di agenzia! Ho spiegato che detti costi non erano visibili in fase di prenotazione ed ho chiesto il rimoborso/annullamento del bisglietto ma mi è stato detto che non è possibile. Chiedo pertanto il rimborso della diffeerenza tra 107,05€ e 82,5€ = 24,55€ (pari a ben il 30% del costo del biglietto!) Grazie.

Comeda Vs proposta (cito testualmente: "Cio' premesso, prendiamo comunque atto della Sua possibile insoddisfazione e siamo disponibili, in via eccezionale e per venirle incontro, di offrirgli il rimborso di 50% della nostra quota di gestione ma solo dopo che vorra' farci pervenire l'autorizzazione a riaccreditare l'importo sulla medesima carta di credito utilizzata in fase di acquisto.
