Sito ingannevole

Buongiorno Sono stata vittima dal sito ingannevole di FLY GO, che mi ha fatto credere di stare comprando direttamente dal sito di Ryanair, e mi ha fatto pagare 52 € in più di costo extra per la loro gestione, rispetto un volo che inizialmente costava 61 euro sul vero sito della compagnia . Infatti l’importo della ricevuta via mail è di 61 € . 25 euro venivano definite come "tasse", facendo magari pensare fossero tasse aeroportuali, pratica totalmente vietata, in quanto che obbligatorio mostrare dall'inizio il prezzo finale del biglietto comprese già le tasse, e solo da poter aggiungere i possibili servizi extra quali bagagli, dei quali non ho assolutamente usufruito. Chiedo la restituzione del costo extra ottenuto in maniera ingannevole e in modo completamente contrario alla legge in vigore.
