commissioni non indicate in fase di acquisto

Buongiorno, dopo aver selezionato il volo di mio interesse per 4 passeggeri più i bagagli nel sito mi dava un prezzo totale di € 300,00 circa . dopo aver inserito i dati della mia carta di credito e confermato il pagamento mi compare nella pagina la conferma di avvenuta transazione al prezzo di € 416. Questo modo di operare "ingannevole" vi ha già procurato dei provvedimenti dell'Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato ricevendo sanzioni. Richiedo che mi vengano rimborsati i 110 euro di maggiorazione del prezzo, che non ho avuto la possibilità di accettare in modo consapevole e informato al momento dell'acquisto.
