Buongiorno, il 1 maggio mi è stato effettuato un addebito non autorizzato di 120,78 euro. Vi ho contattato tramite email il giorno stesso per farvi presente questo problema e non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta. Io non ho fatto alcun acquisto sul sito, quindi non capisco cosa possa essere successo. Scrivo tale reclamo, per ricevere il rimborso della seguente somma. Grazie.
