Hello, I placed my order on eBay (order number 10-08963-95207) for a camera for a total of € 308.90 with shipping from France.The package had to be delivered between 15 and 18 August and, having not received anything, I proceeded to contact the seller for information about it. The seller replies to me days after the order is marked on the Mondial Relay website as delivered on 25 August, shipping code number: 64752479However Mondial Relay did not directly deliver the package in Italy being a French courier, but acted as an intermediary by delivering the package to HR-Parcel in charge of delivery to my address.The package never arrived, so I contacted eBay who gave me the contacts of the courier HR-Parcel to ask for the delivery note with my signature that would certify the delivery, receiving as a response that the seller should have requested the proof of delivery so that they could carry out the necessary checks (I attach photos).I then contacted the seller and received no response (I attach photos).I then opened a complaint on Altroconsumo against HR-Parcel who responded by saying that this time Mondial Relay should have asked them for proof of delivery to carry out the checks (I attach photos).Therefore, as the recipient, I would like to know where my package was delivered and see the delivery note with my signature on it, because if it was really delivered someone must have signed.I can prove that I am the recipient of the package if necessary through the necessary documents.
