addebito abbonamento

in data 18/07/22 mi sono stati addebitati sulla mia carta di credito euro 256,20 per un abbonamento annuo da parte della MY Heritage ltd senza nessun preavviso di scadenza dell'abbonamento, per darmi modo di disdire il servizio.chiedo il rimborso da parte della società non riesco a contattarli telefonicamente ne tramite mail.
