I have reviewed your booking and would like to confirm that the mileage limit was clearly indicated throughout the booking process as well as in your confirmation voucher.
Please see below the highlighted information in the details of the offer during the booking process.
Additionally, as you can see below, there is a filter option to select only offers with unlimited mileage.
Please note that you cannot proceed with the payment without accepting the terms and conditions.
Also, to be eligible for a refund, the booking must have been canceled before the scheduled collection time.
Since no cancellation was made, unfortunately, no refund can be issued.
