We have reviewed your case with the car rental company who confirmed you have signed the check out report and have collected the vehicule.
We are very sorry to hear that the car you were given was not in optimum condition.
We’ve contacted our supplier and they have confirmed that all their vehicles are thoroughly checked before being given to customers and they would like to apologize for the fact that this did not appear to be the case on this occasion. They have confirmed that this was an isolated incident and not representative of the standard of vehicle you should expect.
However, it is true that during high seasons the number of rentals is very high and unfortunately not all customers are as careful with rental cars as they are with their own cars (and, of course, accidents happen as well). Sometimes, although the cars might be damaged, they decide to deliver them rather than having to cancel bookings and leaving the customer without a car.
If you prefer, for next time you can choose a different supplier for your booking. When you’re getting a quote, please use the filters to the left of the car list page and you can eliminate the supplier you prefer not to use.
