After reviewing your case, we can inform you that this information was available in the Payment section of your rental voucher.
Please note that these same terms and conditions were accepted before the payment was made, and that they were available to check both on the website and in the rental voucher.
According to the cancellation policy of your reservation, in order to obtain a full refund you must always request cancellation in accordance with the terms and conditions that you accepted.
Unfortunately, in this case, we cannot offer any refund.
