After reviewing your booking, we can confirm that the reservation was made under a non-refundable rate, as clearly indicated on our website before confirming the booking and also specified in the conditions included in your confirmation voucher.
Please note that on our website there are different types of offers available for the same vehicle and dates, including options with free cancellation. However, in this case, the selected reservation corresponds to a special non-refundable offer, and the free cancellation filter was not applied to this booking.

For this reason, when the cancellation request was made, the system correctly indicated that the voucher was not eligible for cancellation with refund, in line with the conditions accepted at the time of booking.
As the reservation was confirmed under a non-refundable rate, a refund is not possible in this case.
