Ho attivato un periodo di prova su MyHeritage ma mi è stato addebitato un importo annuale senza preavviso. Non ho ricevuto l’email di notifica di 7 giorni prevista dalle condizioni.
Richiedo l’immediato rimborso dell’importo di € 120,78 in base alla garanzia “30-day money back” dichiarata nei Termini e Condizioni di MyHeritage e in virtù degli articoli sul diritto di recesso del Codice del Consumo (D.Lgs. 206/2005).
Chiedo inoltre la cancellazione dell’abbonamento e la conferma scritta entro 14 giorni.

I activated a free trial on MyHeritage, but I was charged for an annual subscription without receiving the mandatory 7-day advance notice email, as stated in MyHeritage’s own Terms and Conditions.
According to the “30-day money back guarantee” published by MyHeritage, I am entitled to a full refund if the cancellation request is made within 30 days of the charge. I therefore request the immediate reimbursement of € 120,78 and the cancellation of my subscription.
This claim is also based on the European Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005), which provide the right of withdrawal for online contracts.
I ask for written confirmation of the refund and cancellation within 14 days.
