RIMBORSO 121€! Mancata mail di promemoria!

Buongiorno, il 29 gennaio ho effettuato la prova gratuita del servizio al vostro sito, mi sono arrivate le mail di conferma e benvenuto, nella quale c’era scritto che mi sarebbe arrivata un giorno prima la mail di promemoria rinnovo abbonamento, qualche giorno fa ho provato a cancellare l’account ma non c’è stato modo, ieri non è arrivata nessuna mail di promemoria da parte vostra , e stamani ho aperto la posta con una vostra mail di avvenuto rinnovo abbonamento annuale di 121€!! Chiedo rimborso visto che non è stato possibile annullare e tanto meno è arrivato il vostro promemoria ieri!!
