Ci risiamo, dopo aver prenotato nuovamente con Doyouitaly, questa volta con un altra compagnia Targetrent - Napoli, che fino ad allora mi aveva sempre consegnato vetture in precedenza, mi ha rifiutato la consegna e conseguente prenotazione già pagata con polizza assicurativa inclusa per danni e furto, ribadisco che nel fare la prenotazione non sono stati richiesti come documenti indispensabili per il ritiro le carte di imbarco, richieste al banco all'atto del ritiro della vettura, ancora una volta Douyoitaly risulta incontattabile in qualsivoglia modo per irchiedere il dovuto rimborso dell'importo corrisposto, il noleggio è stato fatto per scopo di lavoro, disservizio totale.

Buongiorno, preferirei l’accredito dell’intero importo corrisposto, nonostante il forte disservizio arrecatomi, in quanto non conto di avere necessità di noleggi futuri, anche perché se dovessi riprenotare nuovamente per un noleggio nel lasso temporale indicatomi, incomberei nelle medesima problematica, poiché abito nei pressi dell’aeroporto e le compagnie con le quali offrite servizi nella stragrande maggioranza, nonostante non lo specifichino in fase di prenotazione, richiedono le carte di imbarco aereo di andata e ritorno per il ritiro delle autovetture.

Buongiorno ad oggi alcuna risposta in ordine al rimborso degli importi corrisposti per servizi non forniti e fruiti, DO YOU ITALY servizio clienti e reclami inesistente, rispondono inizialmente per salvaguardarsi dai commenti negativi in ordine ai disservizi che arrecano ai consumatori, come a voler sembrare efficienti e per far incorrere oltre modo nelle medesime problematiche altre persone.

Ribadisco che non è nelle mie intenzioni effettuare ulteriori prenotazioni attraverso il vostro sito Do You Italy, poiché i competitori sono molto più efficienti nella risoluzione di eventuali problematiche insorte all’atto delle prenotazioni, vedasi Discovercars, ad ogni buon conto ribadisco che la soluzione ideale sarebbe ricevere attraverso la medesima modalità di pagamento l’accredito della somma corrisposta, diversamente mio malgrado procedete comunque all’emissione di nota di credito valevole per 12 mesi pari all’importo corrisposto per la prenotazione non fruita.

A refund is not possible, as the requirement to present a boarding pass was clearly indicated on our website during the booking process and again in the confirmation email. Additionally, as no cancellation request was received in accordance with the cancellation policy, and the rental requirements previously informed and accepted were not met, the booking was marked as a no-show. Therefore, we regret to inform you that a refund cannot be issued, as stated in the cancellation policy. However, as an exception, we have offered you a credit note to be used for a future booking.
