our train was cancelled (due 6/10/23) due to a landslide. i filled out refund request and it has been 3 months with no response. I had to buy new tickets which cost me more. i am seeking full compensation of the new ticket cost (through scnf, copy attached), and compensation for the inconvenience of having to wait for so long for a response. It's not good that you have no place for a customer to email directly. the original tickets are also attached. when we received the cancellation notice there was a refund form which i completed. this is now showing as 'no refund to be made'. i look forward to receiving my refund
