Since 14 July 2025 (or possibly even earlier), I have been unable to access my Flickr Pro account [mirkomalaguti@yahoo.it].
Having checked that I was entering the correct credentials, I contacted Flickr Support. They responded as follows:

My Flickr Pro account normally costs €71.99 and is due for renewal on 1 June 2025.
The last time I used the platform was to upload some photos I took during my daughter's graduation ceremony.
I suspect that one of the photos I uploaded showed a Palestinian flag painted on a wall in the university area of Bologna (see file “DSC_0084 copy.jpeg”).
Please could you provide me with further information about the rules I allegedly violated and reactivate my Pro account?
Furthermore, I ask you to allow me to retrieve/download the numerous photos I have uploaded over the years, as they are my property.

Il mio account Flickr-Pro risulta regolarmente pagato 71,99€ il 1/6/2025.
L'ultima mia attività sulla piattaforma, è stata quella di caricare alcune foto che ho scattato durante la cerimonia di proclamazione della Laurea di mia figlia.
Il mio "tremendo" sospetto è che, fra le foto caricate, ce ne fosse una che inquadrava una bandiera Palestinese, disegnata su di una parete a Bologna, in zona universitaria (vedi file "DSC_0084 copy.jpeg").
Vi chiedo di fornirmi maggiori spiegazioni circa le regole che io avrei violato e di riattivare il mio account-Pro regolarmente pagato.
Inoltre, le numerose foto da me caricate negli anni passati, sono di mia proprietà e quindi vi chiedo di poterle riavere/scaricare.
