Thank you for contacting us.
We would like to clarify that the amount of €300 includes not only the tickets to the Eiffel Tower, but also a guided tour with a professional guide. It is not limited to the summit access.
As clearly stated in the product description:
Please note: Access to the summit is subject to availability and opening conditions on the day of your visit. In the event of closure, a partial refund will be issued (difference between top floor ticket and second floor ticket).
Our Eiffel Tower tours include tickets purchased on the spot for the group. This means we are subject to the real-time ticket availability announced by the Eiffel Tower staff at the time of entry.
On the day of your visit, summit access was unavailable when your group entered, due to high crowd volume. This did not mean the summit was permanently closed — but it was not accessible at the time of your tour due to safety and capacity limits.
It is possible that summit access reopened later in the day, allowing individuals with pre-booked or individual tickets to enter. However, these tickets are usually purchased months in advance and are not linked to our guided group entry.
As per our terms, a partial refund of €52 was issued to reflect the difference in access. The second floor visit and guided experience were both delivered as described.
For this reason, we do not consider any further refund to be justified.
