In March 2023 I bought the ION Neo top 0,5 LS Men 2022 48 - S / 292 Steel Grey I48222-4202.5 , S/C: 2183212 (06/2022), from the German store “you-love-it.eu”
This ION jacket is made of two different kinds of fabric: one for the grey fabric and another one for the black fabric. The black fabric is at the chest level, front and back, and on the cuffs.
In 6 months of effective use, once or twice a week, this ION jacket has lost shape, the cuffs became much larger and the back and front black bands let water enter easily (you can see the light through now).
Since I bought the ION jacket, I took care of it as suggested. I washed it in cold water only, without any detergent, dried it in the shadow and never used iron.
Along with the ION jacket, I have been wearing a Head neoprene shorts, which are still in perfect condition.
I reported the quality problem to the seller “you-love-it.eu”. The seller refused any support (it just said "wear and tear"). Which is a terrible answer, a careless attitude toward its customers and represented brands.
The seller is legally responsible for applying the warranty by either refunding the purchase (this is what I prefer) or replacing the faulty one with a new one.
I expect them to obey their obbligations.
