Ho verificato la situazione per Lei e, per cortesia, Le invieremo un nuovo frullatore in garanzia.
Dalle foto risulta che il frullatore è stato sovraccaricato. Le consigliamo, quando utilizza i cubetti di ghiaccio, di tritarli utilizzando la funzione a impulsi, e non frullando in modo continuo ad alta velocità. In questo modo si evita il sovraccarico del motore.
