Imbroglio su fb. Non hanno avvisato che era un abbonamento. Pubblicità ingannevole. Ho scritto loro hanno capito male perché mi Hanno ricaricato l account che poi hanno chiuso io volevo i soldi presi dal mio conto non mi permette di caricare le foto dei bonifici chiedo aiuto per come mandarveli

To add additional comments, reply to this email.Dear All,First of all, we thank you for the trust placed in us by bringing to our attention the disagreement of the userCinzia Zapparoli who acquired a membership infalinas.fr. Our services atfalinas consist of getting the lowest rates on a variety of products and providing the best experience for customers. Users with an active membership receive an automatic charge and the amount debited is converted 1:1 into credits and they are available in thefalinas user´s account and can be used for purchases. Users can choose to top-up automatically, skip the top-up or cancel their membership at any time. We can see that the user has contacted our customer support department requesting the cancellation and a refund and so the membership was cancelled instantly as requested on 08.11.2023 with the only credit recharge transaction for 39.9€ being refunded the same day.After a careful examination and in view of the user's disagreement and considering that our goal is to give users the best service, from our part we have refunded on 16.11.2023 the other two existing transactions in the user´s account for the total of 14.44€, representing the initial and the cancellation credit recharge payments, which were returned to the initial payment method. We can confirm that all the payments existing in the user's account on falinas have been refunded as requested.
