Salve .ho acquistato una gift card epipoli del valore di 25 euro circa 6 giorni fa.Ho attivato la carta con relativo pin sul sito mygiftcard e al momento risulta regolarmente attiva ma per essere utilizzata per acquisti online va effettuata un ulteriore registrazione sul sito Getmybalance.com. Ho effettuato la registrazione e ho richiesto l abilitazione per usare la carta online . Ho ricevuto via SMS più di 13 codici per verificare i dati ma ogni volta che ho provato ad inserirne uno mi appariva un errore sulla pagina del sito con scritto Spiacenti, si è verificato un problema durante il tentativo di completare l'operazione. Ma non preoccuparti, il team di supporto è sul caso e lo risolverà a breve. Riprova tra qualche minuto.Sono 3 giorni di fila che sto provando a contattarla ma l unica cosa che mi dicono é che stanno aspettando una risposta.
