Merce mai spedita e impossibilità a cancellare abbonamento

Good morning, i tried to end my sub through you site, but it tell's me to contact your support.I need to end this sub for multiple reasons. it's very expensive and I’m not really into subscription services. Besides i din't received the free shirt (i still paid the 5$ for the shipping) and it's very disappointing. There 's no tracking available too. Please, send me the paid shirt and end NOW my sub.
