No replacement of controler

Good day, I received infrared panels with disfunctioal youch buttons. They swich on by themself without touching. First i thougt there was only one defective. That one is replaced by another model with buttons you have to press. However, it appears that twother controlers have the same problem. I want these controlers to be replaced as well. Klarstrin offered a cash compensation but that would not be a solution. Thr controlers have a design error and must be replaced by the other model.
