Dear HOODRICHOn October 2nd I purchased a Stadium Hoodie - Weathervane/White/Blue from your e-shop by paying the amount of 102 €. At the arrival the product presents defects that make it not compliant with the purpose for which it was purchased.In particular, it shows a stain on the front.On October 9th I sent you an email to request, in consideration of the nature of the product and the extent of the defect found,instructions for the replacement of the product under warranty.I have received no answer to my request after to complaining mails. To date I have still not received any reply.I therefore request without further delay the replacement of the product or, alternatively, the termination of the contract with reimbursement of the purchase price. In the absence of a response within 15 days of receipt of this document, I will keep the right to appeal to the legal support of my rights.
