I've contacted you 1,000 times, but your chat never answered. Your customer service is nonexistent. We're talking about a lot of money, a very high amount, and you're not refunding me. I demand an explanation right away. I don't think it's necessary to list the products I returned. I took them all except two pairs of underwear (actually there were three, but one pair, as I pointed out, was ruined and I was refunded). I returned everything else, and you never refunded me even though it's been more than 10 days, actually 15, since I returned them. I don't want to involve my lawyers; I just want my money back.
