Withdrawal request

Good morning, I submitted my transfer request on April 16, 2026. Despite all the reassurances and prompt responses to numerous reminders, I still haven't received the amount due. I've had experiences with other brokers for the same transaction, and it was processed within 2 or 3 business days.
