In data 01/11/2024 ho usufruito di un servizio di geolocalizzazione per un familiare. Ho effettuato la registrazione, creato un account, usufruito del servizio ( pagando il relativo costo) e ricevuto la mail di attivazione dell'account stesso. In automatico, dopo 24 ore dalla creazione dell'account, è stato attivato un abbonamento mensile di ben 39,99 di cui mi sono accorto poco dopo. Non ho mai ricevuto alcuna mail di attivazione dell'abbonamento, nè alcuna fattura degli importi pagati e credo che questa modalità leda l'obbligo della trasparenza a tutela del consumatore. Ho usufruito una sola volta del servizio e non ha neanche funzionato. Nel reclamo ho messo codice cliente 0000 perchè non ho nessun account attivato e nessuna fattura. Chiedo la restituzione integrale della cifra spesa per un servizio di cui ho usufruito una sola volta.
