CHIEDO IMMEDIATO ANNULLAMENTO E RIMBORSO. In mancanza di un riscontro entro 15 giorni dal ricevimento della presente, non esiterò ad adire le vie legali a tutela dei miei diritti. PAOLA AMBROGIO
