in January 2025 I needed to use the b,est-pdf.com programme to compress an important PDF document. I paid 0.95 euros and everything seemed ok. Since then, I am being charged 39.9 euros even though I no longer used the service. Question: who do I contact, for legal reasons, to: - cancel the subscription - get a refund (if possible?)

I wrote to you concerning the cancellation of my card payment to bestpdf, but to date, I have no response. Case Number - 12784389 29/05/2025 in January 2025 I needed to use the b,est-pdf.com program to compress an important PDF document. I paid 0.95 euros and everything seemed ok.
