My account is gpu-seeker or Michele Esposito registered with my Google account espmic86@gmail.com which has been banned for other reasons and this is why the scammer buyers wants to use this situation in his favour, as it always happens in these cases.
Also note that from this specific moment you locked my possibility to check messages and wallet and I have 3 ongoing sales for which I am waiting money, therefore I will denunce you for the following if I don't receive my money:

Any other evolution beside the two proposed by me will configure a double scam, from two subjects; buyer and vinred who should guarantee respect from both sides, return of item or payment.
He opened a contestation for no reason. I sent him pictures of the item and said I opened it, that box was as shown, sent serial picture and also tested it as per rules.
Now he wants, as usual scammer buyers, to say something controversial on box or opened item, and I won't accept any excuse not either Andy partial refund.
You are not authorized to send him back money otherwise he would steal my item and I am ready to pronounce with the international court and my lawyer and Italian authorities to denunce him and vinred as well if you make actions without my authorization, including spreading this thing across the whole internet and socials.
The only solution for him is to send it back with a return label issued by vinted or to take the item and send me the money.
These are the messages I sent him:

No way to play with me little child. Also the item has been tested as vinted rule say, in order to let the seller have a proof of the working item before shipping to avoid scammers buyers from saying it was not working.
Also, I will not agree on any partial refund, so don't even ask. You have 3 days time, after that vinted will send you a send back return label.
