DEbit note

Good morning, my name is Piero Grillo, and on June 17, 2025, I received a debit from my bank for €63.13 in favor of Economy Car Rentals-Zug, and I don't understand the reason. I hereby request a refund of this amount, €63.13, as I don't understand the reason for the debit. Please send me the supporting documents for this debit, or, failing that, please repay the amount as soon as possible via credit to the payment method used for the original payment. If I do not receive a response within 15 days of receiving this letter, I reserve the right to take legal action to protect my rights.
