buongiorno, il giorno 29/12 ho fatto per sbaglio due prenotazioni di autonoleggio a tenerife areoporto ho chiesto che venga annullata la seconda....avendo cliccato per errore ....ho chiesto che mi venga annullata la seconda perchè fatta per errore e stesso nome non mi hanno risposto ma le prenotazioni tutte e due con assicurazione sono andate avanti e miè stato addebitato il costo di entrembe io sono entrata ne sito loro vendendo che ha varie opzioni e andando alla voce annullamento dice: Questa tariffa non permette cambi né cancellazioni con diritto di rimborso.

Help (DYS - DoYouSpain) 7 Jan 2026, 08:46 CET Hi, I checked and we have a booking under your name (Marcella Ariodante) and another under the same email address but a different name (Angelo Rateo). This would not have been a simple matter of clicking a second time, a different name was entered, and the bank card details were entered twice in order to make the separate payments. Unfortunately, both of these were special offers and therefore are non-refundable. I'm sorry that you made this mistake but there is nothing we can do in this instance.
