Buongiorno, dal 01.1.2025 Mercedes ha eliminato una app che gestiva le smart EQ (elettriche) app che era indispensabile per un corretto utilizzo dell'auto come evidenziato nell'allegato documento inviato via PEC qualche giorno fa e a cui non ho ricevuto risposta.

The smart Portal and smart EQ control app have been discontinued on December 31, 2024.
No more personal data will be collected or processed in regard to the smart EQ control services. Furthermore, any personal data stored on our system will be deleted or anonymized.
Your Mercedes me ID has been retained so that you can continue to link and manage your MB vehicles.
Of course, you can delete this at any time with just one click after logging in under "My account" at mercedes-benz.com.
