Gift Card rubata

Salve. In data 22-11-2023 mi è stata regalata una gift card del valore di €100 acquistata presso lo store di Frattamaggiore (Na). Quest' ultima purtroppo mi è stata rubata, mi sono recato però nello store ma mi viene detto che non è possibile recuperare il codice della Gift Card ne tantomeno bloccarla ed emetterne un' altra con lo stesso importo. Cosa che mi viene ripetuta anche dal Customer Care della Artsana Spa. Trovo ingiusto che mi venga detto che è impossibile recuperare un codice identificativo che ormai hanno le gift card di qualunque azienda, in più il totale menefreghismo degli operatori del servizio clienti mi ha negativamente colpito. In allegato la foto del regalo che mi è stato consegnato. Resto a disposizione per eventuali chiarimenti in merito alla questione.
