Buongiorno,dopo aver letto le ottime recensioni sul sito di altroconsumo, a cui sono abbonato, ho ordinato con fiducia un materasso che risultava disponibile. Non solo non è stata rispettata la consegna promessa, ma non veniva neanche aggiornato lo stato di avanzamento dell'ordine e nessuno ne via form contatti ne al telefono ufficiale rispondeva alle mie richieste d'aggiornamento e infine di annullamento dell'ordine. Servizio post vendita assente completamente, attendo rimborso completo dell'ordine.

Il 20 Dicembre vi ho scritto chiaramente che volevo annullare l’ordine perch&#233 eravate in ritardo e ho chiesto il rimborso immediato. Adesso che vi ho scritto tre reclami da PayPal, altroconsumo e trustpilot, ignorate ancora le mie email e spedite la merce? Hello Lawal,I’m very surprised you are confused about emma delivered an order I ask to cancel, this one more time the prove that something’s wrong in emma’s management of the orders.I recall you that I cancelled the order because no answer to my questions about the delay in delivery of it.
