Thank you for contacting us.
Please be advised that the car was scheduled to be collected at the agreed time, and within the courtesy period provided by the rental company. This courtesy period is of 4 hours after the scheduled collection time.
If you arrive later than the scheduled time, and beyond the courtesy period, the reservation is no longer guaranteed and will be automatically canceled by the company.
Unfortunately, once the reservation is canceled, the car will not be available for pickup.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
