Buongiorno, scrivo qui perchè in tutta onestà non ho trovato altri canali dove poter ricevere assistenza (telefono compreso). Sono venti giorni che ho aperto un ticket presso la vostra assistenza per un guasto all'inverter che deve esser sostituito, ed ancora la sostituzione non è stata effettuata. Ad oggi non si ha una data di risoluzione. La mia attuale produzione di energia elettrica è ferma da più di un mese (il sistema non mi ha segnalato nulla ed io me ne sono accorto casualmente dopo quasi 10 giorni), il che non rappresenterebbe un problema se non fosse che nel frattempo la bolletta che riceverò sarà sempre più alta. Il vostro impianto non mi è stato regalato, e non mi verrà regalato nemmeno l’intervento di sostituzione da parte della ditta per il nuovo inverter che "dovrei" (prima o poi) ricevere. A tutto questo si aggiunge il costo della bolletta per la mancata produzione! Credo che questo, da parte di un'azienda come la vostra, sia inaccettabile. Dear, I have contacted your support at least 10 times so far. About 13 days ago, the replacement of my inverter was approved due to a malfunction, which is certainly a sign of professionalism on your company's part. However, the problem is that there is still no information about when this part will be shipped. As of today, my system — which, for the record, was by no means given to me for free — is not working, resulting in an increase in the electricity bill I will receive.
