As communicated by our supplier, the hotel experienced an overbooking. Nevertheless, our supplier proposed a sui alternative accommodation of the same standard within a 5-kilometer radius from the original booking.
Since the proposed relocation was declined, the only remaining option was to proceed with the cancellation of your booking at no additional cost. In accordance with your request, we have processed the refund to the original payment method used. The refund was issued today, 04/06/2026, and the funds should be credited to your account within five business days.
We once again offer our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
We consider this matter resolved and will be closing the case.
