Dear Flydubai Customer Service, I am writing to formally request an urgent update regarding the issuance of travel vouchers for the following bookings made under the name Mr. Antonio Sannino: Booking reference: OFF5LK Booking reference: W27SPW On April 3rd, 2026, due to the ongoing international situation, the above-mentioned reservations were cancelled with a specific request for vouchers, with the intention of rebooking flights for upcoming holidays. As of today, I have not received any communication or confirmation regarding the voucher issuance. This delay is preventing me from proceeding with new travel arrangements. I kindly ask you to process and issue the vouchers immediately, or to provide a clear update on their status as soon as possible. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
