Buongiorno, il giorno 30/12/2025 ho provato il sito Astroline pagando 1,20. Il giorno dopo collegandomi ho provato a controllare nell area clienti ma non riuscivo ne a vedere la situazione dell’abbonamento e ne a disdire per il mal funzionamento del sito. Il giorno 31/12/2025 ho ricevuto un addebito di 29,99 e il giorno 2/1/2026 un altro addebito di 48 euro. Ho provato a contattarli ma il loro servizio clienti è in inglese e non sono riuscita a spiegare cosa esattamente fosse successo, tutto tramite email. Vorrei la restituzione dei miei soldi. Grazie
