Buongiorno, la mia segnalazione riguarda addebiti non autorizzati e prelevati dal mio conto dopo aver effettuato una ricarica telefonica col mio operatore ILIAD.
L'addebito è stato effettuato nei mesi di settembre e ottobre 2025 apparentemente per un abbonamento NON SOTTOSCRITTO per un importo complessivo di 96€ (due prelievi mensili di 49€)
Vorrei a questo punto avere indicazioni su cosa fare onde evitare ulteriori addebiti. La prima cosa che ho potuto fare è stata collegarmi sul sito https://prepaidmobilerecharge.com/ per capire come procedere. Ho contattato in prima battuta via mail all'indirizzo che vi ho riportato chiedendo spiegazioni e mi hanno risposto ... vi riporto qui di seguito il testo ricevuto:
