Dear Support Team, I am writing to demand the immediate cancellation of any active subscription, auto-unlock feature, or recurring payment plan associated with my account, as well as the immediate and permanent removal of my payment card details from your systems. Since mid-July 2026, I have been receiving unauthorized charges on my bank account every two days under the billing name "Changdou". I did not explicitly authorize or consent to this recurring billing frequency.
