Hi, I sent 7 packages with Ecoparcel. I had an Issue with the delivery of 1 of the packages. I will try to summarize what happened but giving all the details: the 7 packages were delivered in 3 different days (3-4-5 December). The issue was with the delivery on December 3rd. I received one of the boxes I sent from Lisbon opened (and I personally took care of closing the box with adhesive tape and transparent film in order to keep the box safe). When the box arrived home it was clearly opened and the currier who delivered said that he didn't know anything about it and that he wasn't responsible for it so I immediately told him that I would have contacted GLS and Ecoparcel. When I checked the box I noticed that magically only the Electronic items were missing, specifically a Camera with its own charger and a 32GB SD in it with personal photos, one cable of my Turntable and my Speaker's charger. It is weird because it was a box with 30kg of clothes and I put the camera on purpose in the center of the package so it could be safe from tossing, together with the various cables and chargers. I already contacted your partner who took care of the shipping (GLS Portugal and GLS Italy). GLS Italy was completely useless and told me via phone, via email and via chat that they don't care and that they are not responsible for anything. GLS Portugal didn't even answer. I already used your service more times in the past with another email (giuseppefiom@hotmail.it) and never had an issue. I am really surprised by how difficult it is to contact your support, on your website there's no email, no phone number, no contact form, no direct contact with customer care which I found absurd in 2024. I also read on Trustpilot that you're violating their Terms and Conditions by putting fake ratings. I'm writing this email to have support from you to get back my camera and the items that were stolen from my package or get a proper refund, starting from a minimum 100€ as stated also on your website as free insurance. I am already in touch with my lawyer so in case of a negative answer or no answer at all, I am ready to proceed with legal action as I have all the proof with me of what's missing from the package and the lack of support from your and from curriers side.
