I am Abdullah Disbudak Agromar Seed co. from Turkey. My company renting more than 150 car from avis. I rented car tru Avis Turkey internet pages and I already added Damage cover. My rezervation number is 3628-7506-TR-3. I rented my car between 11-16 July 2025. When I give back my car they just told me that I have just front window problem due to stone damage. When I back to Turkey Avis italy charge my credit car 1185,16 euro. When I ask avis turkey they told me that Avis Italy Charged about 300 euro airport tax and 800 euro for damage? As I mention I already added domage cover when I book my car.
italy Avis refuse my application. That is why I contact with you . Also I will started to share all damage picture (Avis italy sent me like press break and start bottom to run the car and airpor tax) in all public internate page. Sorry to disturb you. You was only one who answer me but this not any morw about money. It is about to protect the rigth of the costumers like me.
If cost of damage really the 1185,16 euro I would like to see thier fixed invoice or repay my money.
Could you please help me the solve this unfare stuation?
