buongiorno, presso un negozio primadonna acquisto un paio di scarpe. La commessa mi informa che con l'acquisto di un secondo paio avrei ottenuto uno sconto del 20% sul secondo articolo. Cartelli posti sugli scaffali indicavano infatti tale promozione. Acquisto, dunque, il secondo paio di scarpe. Entro i 10 gg indicati, chiedo un cambio. Scelto l'articolo, la commessa mi informa che per l'articolo in sostituzione avrei ricevuto lo sconto non più del 20, bensì del 10 %. In quanto, nel cambio, lo sconto del 20% veniva "spalmato" sui due articoli a meno che non avessi cambiato l'articolo con uno stesso articolo. Contestavo tale procedura aziendale è ottenevo, dopo una, davvero, estenuante attesa e lo scambio di comunicazioni telefoniche della commessa, tra l'altro molto gentile e sensibile, con personale dell'azienda, un 'buono" con un "facciamo una eccezione"

buongiorno, in rif alla mia ed al successivo vostro riscontro, riferisco di non aver nulla a pretendere. In quanto, dopo essermi interfaccia in modo chiaro e cortese con una commessa molto garbata (e forse la sua presenza ha permesso di risolvere la cosa) ho ottenuto il buono a cui avevo diritto, ma ciò non prima d'aver atteso ore ed aver sottolineato quella che ritenevo una non corretta procedura aziendale. Mi riferisco alla decurtazione dello sconto del 10% sul cambio, con merce diversa, in luogo del 20%. Ho segnalato la cosa perché la procedura che intendevano adottare "su indicazione" dell'azienda non la trovo corretta e legale.

Mi spiace ma la politica aziendale non è in linea con la promozione di cui ai cartelli esposti nei negozi, secondo i quali il secondo articolo, quello meno caro, viene scontato del 20 %. Ragion per cui, nel caso di cambio, lo sconto non può essere "spalmato sui due articoli". Siamo altrimenti in presenza di una illegalità, frode in commercio che recita così "Chiunque, con artifizi o raggiri, inducendo taluno in errore, procura a se' o ad altri un ingiusto profitto con altrui danno."
