Buongiorno in data 26 settembre 2021 ho ordinato sul sito della azienda Boiye un set di 799 attrezzi al prezzo di € 21,83 più spese di spedizione regolarmente pagato con carta di credito. Fatto reclamo mi hanno risposto che il mio ordine era sttao evaso e consegnato in data 7/10. Ora io ho ripetutamente scritto per chiedere spiegazioni ma nessuno mi risponde. Sono disperato, mi hanno dato una fregatura o posso sperrae in un esito positivo della vicenda. Aspetto fiducioso un vostro riscontro per capire i passi che posso fare per ricevere quanto ordinato. Poi mi avete scritto che forse ho frainteso la merce che avevo ordinato, come se ci fossero chiss&#224 quali interpretazioni dare ad una proposta che continuate a fare sul vostro sito e-commerce.
