Buongiorno , Ho prenotato tramite CarJet un'auto a noleggio per 2 giorni a Bratislava. Convinto di pagare 34,41€ e invece ne ho dovuti pagare 84,47€. L'auto è stata noleggiata per un weekend da venerdì a domenica. Non sono stati specificati costi occulti come 15€ di targhetta autostrada slovacca ( che non utilizzo) e 40€ per la consegna "fuori orario ufficio"... Ma noleggiando l'auto il weekend la consegna è sicuramente "fuori orario ufficio". Il personale CarWiz gentile prima fa pagare 800€di franchigia e poi ti dice che il tuo noleggio costa quasi il triplo di quanto avevi prenotato. Mi sono sentito imbrogliato e voglio richiedere il rimborso della differenza di 50€. Cordiali saluti

Good morning, as requested I am attaching the contract and invoice from Carwiz where I had to pay an additional €79.94 instead of the €29.94 agreed with Carjet at the time of rental. I specified at the agency that I would not use the highway, yet they still charged me for the motorway vignette. They delivered the car completely without fuel, forcing me to put in much more diesel than necessary. I request a refund of the €50 paid in excess of what was agreed. Sincerely, Maurizio Ortobelli

Help (CJT - CarJet) 5 Mar 2026, 15:20 CET Dear Maurizio, We have contacted the car rental company, who confirmed that you paid an additional fee for an out-of-hours return, as the vehicle was returned on Sunday, and for the motorway vignette. According to the supplier, you informed the agents at the time of pick-up that you would be travelling within Slovakia and using the motorway. Please note that the 40 € fee was indicated on the website as payable on arrival and is also mentioned in your confirmation voucher. Additionally, any extra services offered and accepted at the rental office cannot be disputed afterwards. Please find attached the rental agreement, which includes the itemised breakdown of the charges applied.
