We Booked 3 nights in advance, an apartment with a terrace.

It turned out that the Internet does NOT work at all...
And then - more ...
The water was not hot, but it also ran out (apparently the neighbors managed to wash earlier).
Immediately informed the owners that the apartment is not ready for occupancy, we are leaving in the morning. We are ready to pay for the night (although the terms of the contract are not met - no hot water and Internet).
Instead of paying, the owner rushed to take the money for the entire period 300 Euro (slightly reduced the amount by 15%). When asked to return the money for 2 nights, he refused, accusing me of canceling the contract.
The promised breakfast turned out to be a bun (no choice) and coffee (in a cafe).
The advertised Electric Kettle and Coffee Machine are not available. Heat the water in a saucepan!
I demand a full refund for failure to fulfill the contract and moral damages
