disdetta abbonamento non richiesto

buongiorno, non ricordo esattamente il giorno ma a febbraio 2023 ho effettuato un pagamento di 2,00 euro legato all'acquisto di un cellulare con carta di credito sul sito kitchenchef.club legato all'acquisto di un cellulare che ad oggi, tal cellulare non è ancora arrivato a casa mia.successivamente, in maniera del tutto ingannevole, mi hanno prelevato 44,50 euro diverse volte in data 21/02/2023, un altra in data 07/03/2023 , 21/03/2022, 04/4/2023, 18/04/2023, 02/05/2023, 16/5/2023, 30/05/2023 13/6/2023 per un totale di € 400,50 .tengo a precisare che non mi sarei mai iscritto a questo sito se avessi saputo in maniera chiara ed incontrovertibile di dover spendere 44,50 euro ogni 14 giorni, pertanto con la presente chiedo formalmente il rimborso di tutto quanto mi è stato prelevato indebitamente, nonchè diffido l'azienda in questione a prelevare ulteriori somme dalla mia carta di credito.ho provveduto a cancellare la mia registrazione da tale sito.in attesa di cortese riscontrocordiali salutiLa tua richiestaRimborso: € 400,50
